A Cost-Effective Alternative

At MHAVC, we focus on measurable results, prudent use of private and public funds, and sharing best practices. Our forward-looking funders, committed leadership and well-trained, compassionate staff make the YOUnity model more effective than shelters, hospitals and prisons–at a fraction of the cost.

Tenants can enjoy a spacious community room, computer lab, exercise room and laundry facilities. The complex is conveniently located near public transportation and shopping. Electric, water, and trash are included in rent.
